BAPTISM COURSE NOTES FOR PARENTS

BAPTISM FORMS for completion by parents

Baptism application form (Supplied details to the church for those wanting to be baptised/wanting their children baptised - This must be submitted to the parish office by no later than week 3)

Baptism Declaration (signed parental undertaking for those wanting their child/children baptised - This must be signed & submitted to the baptism course presenter by the final session)

PLEASE NOTE that we require parents wanting their children to be baptized at Corpus Christi to be contributing parishioners of Corpus Christi registered on the Parish Roll of Corpus Christi for a period of not less than 6 continuous months, during which, you should have become regular attendees known to the parish and rector. Registration onto the Parish Roll only occurs once applicant parishioners have completed and handed in a Parish Membership Application Form (see HERE).
